Most of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners located in Asia, with a smaller selection dispatched from our warehouse in the United States.

3. Order Processing

We usually respond to new orders within 72 hours. Packages will be dispatched within 5 to 10 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

4. Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping service is free of charge. The total shipping time is usually between 10-30 days, with no additional shipping costs.

In most cases, our packages clear customs without being subject to additional VAT charges.
