In love with this lamp! perfect for our apartment’s dark entryway nook. i saw another review stating that the pull string was decorative but mine is fully functional. i do not use the pull string as mine is only affixed to the wall with command strips (soo rental friendly) and i don’t want to take the risk of pulling it off the wall, although it seems to be holding quite firmly. i also braided macrame cord around the hanging wire to polish the final look. shipping was a bit slow but only a few days outside of the estimated delivery date.

The shipping process was very fast, and communication with the customer was excellent.

This lamp has a great sense of quality, and i'm very satisfied with it.
